Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Construction Representative to oversee daily inspection and documentation on road, water, and sewer projects, while supporting client relationships and project objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil or Construction Engineering (EIT preferred), 0–3 years WisDOT experience, and familiarity with ArcGIS, MicroStation, Geopak, or AutoCAD; strong communication and organization are essential. We offer growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Construction Engineering or related curriculum; EIT preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience with WisDOT preferred.
• Field project experience desirable.
• Experience with ArcGIS, MicroStation, Geopak, or AutoCAD desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good driving record and valid driver's license.
