Job summary

Working with Human Resources, operations, and finance, you will assess risk, negotiate agreements, guide workplace decisions, and help maintain compliance across multiple states.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar of Arizona membership or eligibility to obtain within an approved timeframe.
• Up to three years of legal experience in general business, contracts, corporate, employment, labor law, or related areas.
• Foundational knowledge of contract law and federal employment laws (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA).
• Strong research, drafting, negotiation and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, services, confidentiality, consulting, licensing, lease, technology, marketing, and other commercial agreements under supervision.
