Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, services, confidentiality, licensing, lease, and other commercial agreements.
• Advise internal clients on contract interpretation, risk, and compliance obligations.
• Support corporate governance, due diligence, acquisitions, and financing-related matters.
• Assist with employee relations, workplace investigations, and wage-hour matters.
• Research and interpret federal and state laws affecting business operations and translate into practical guidance.
