Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Arizona bar in good standing.
• Regulatory & administrative code experience in cannabis industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex, multi‑pronged matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise cannabis clients on regulatory and administrative code requirements for adult-use and medical cannabis.
• Prepare and submit cannabis license applications, renewals, amendments, and filings with state/local agencies.
• Counsel on corporate transactions, governance, and ongoing compliance for cannabis businesses.
• Counsel on real estate regulations, zoning, leasing, permitting, and site selection for facilities.
• Monitor changes in cannabis laws and guidance and advise on business impacts and compliance strategies.
