Tata Technologies Inc. in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks a motivated CAD Engineer - Knowledge Based Engineering (KBE) | Junior to support advanced vehicle development using Siemens NX CAD modeling, parametric design, and vehicle packaging activities.

The successful candidate will translate cross-functional requirements into robust parametric templates and engineering solutions, create and maintain templates, and collaborate with engineering teams to present concepts and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Siemens NX CAD modeling experience.
• Minimum 2 years of parametric CAD modeling experience.
• Experience with vehicle packaging, system integration, or automotive engineering activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present technical concepts and engineering solutions effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain parametric CAD models and templates using Siemens NX.
• Integrate multidisciplinary engineering requirements into KBE section templates.
• Support vehicle packaging, system integration, and design feasibility studies.
• Create and maintain CAD templates as engineering standards evolve.
• Perform competitive benchmarking of assigned systems and components.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop, validate, and implement technical requirements.
• Present design concepts, engineering solutions, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Support change management activities and requirement updates throughout the product lifecycle.
