Key Responsibilities:

The Junior Business Process Automation & Workflow Analyst will support Alpha Omega's corporate operations by helping design and automate internal workflows that improve efficiency and process management. This role focuses on identifyingopportunities for automation and supporting the development of workflow solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Apps and related automation technologies.

The Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements, document workflows, and assist in developing technology-driven solutions that streamline internal operations. This internship provides hands‑on experience in process improvement, automation tools, and business workflow design.

  • Work with internal teams to identify and document business processes that require automation
  • Assist in designing workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Support development of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps or similar tools

  • Develop practical skills in process documentation, automation design, and system implementation

Expected Outcomes:

By the end of the internship, the candidate will:

  • Help design and document automated workflows for key internal processes
  • Contribute to the development or improvement of Power Apps‑based solutions
  • Improve internal operational efficiency through process automation initiatives

Successful interns may transition into future roles such as:

(Required or Preferred) Education :

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
  • Information Systems
  • Computer Science
  • Business Analytics
  • Business Administration
  • or a related field

Salary and Benefit Information:
