Alpha Omega is seeking a Business Analyst to support DHS operations in a hybrid role based in Washington, DC. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions for complex federal programs.

The role emphasizes Agile practices, stakeholder collaboration, and documentation of process flows, use cases, and functional specs to enable successful system deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting federal programs with focus on immigration and process optimization.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and system deployment.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Alpha Omega is seeking a Business Analyst to support DHS operations. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and facilitating stakeholder discussions to develop actionable solutions.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Salary and Benefit Information:

The likely salary range for this position is $80,000 – $90,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
