Responsibilities

• Participates in development, testing and implementation of automated forms, tracking applications and other systems.
• Documents requirements and analyzes business processes to recommend improvements.
• Assists with human resources workforce planning and program measurements.
• Works on special project task forces and committees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
