This role focuses on resolving field inquiries, researching issues, documenting requirements, and supporting vendor invoicing, with opportunities to lead small to mid-sized initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 0–1 year of professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot (or similar AI tools).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for field inquiries and resolve inbox requests.
• Research and analyze operational, procedural, and system issues with stakeholders and vendors to find solutions.
• Develop business requirements, process documentation, and project deliverables for small to medium initiatives.
• Research, map, and update business process flows to improve efficiency.
• Create and execute UAT plans, test cases, and scripts for system/process enhancements.
• Process and reconcile monthly vendor invoices, providing financial support.
• Contribute to special projects focused on continuous improvement across the organization.
