Axos Clearing LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to help increase our capacity to support the business. You will gather requirements, document processes, update workflows, and assist in preparing materials for recurring leadership meetings.

You will work with senior analysts and cross-functional partners while building skills in core business-support methods. You will contribute to our operating model, participate in reporting, and help ensure solutions align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 1–2 years of relevant business support, coordination, or related experience.
• Foundational understanding of business operations and how documentation and process support drive outcomes.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down problems and explore practical solutions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Good judgment and attention to detail.
• Clear, effective communication, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for new processes, enhancements, and system updates.
• Support process updates, ensuring documentation and workflows stay current as the business evolves.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of process changes.
• Help plan and prepare materials for recurring business communications and leadership meetings.
• Support reporting, meeting content, and other recurring business reviews.
