Job summary

You will handle filing, update billing addresses, enter charges, create invoices, process shipping charges weekly, and assist with statements and deposit notices while maintaining accuracy and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with billing/invoicing preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Daily filing, mailing and correspondence.
• Update billing addresses from emails.
• Enter charges as received.
• Create revised invoices or down payment invoices.
• Create invoices when instructed by sales reps.
• Enter weekly shipping charges from internet download.
• Move/put books in order in library.
• Resolve discrepancies in list cost with sales reps.
• Enter charges for artwork and related services.
• Process books received that have shipped.
• Assist with filing, file maintenance, mailings of statements and deposit notices.
