Job summary

You will interact with internal and external clients to resolve invoicing inquiries and assist with refunds and payments. The role requires detail orientation, Excel/Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable or accounting customer service roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and assist in SOX auditing.
• Perform project analysis and reconciliation for AR.
• Support collections efforts and document retention.
• Prepare monthly invoices and monitor unbilled balances.
• Communicate with internal and external clients regarding invoicing inquiries.
• Assist external and internal audit teams with gathering documents.
