Job summary

ABA Support Services seeks a Behavioral Health Technician/Direct Therapist to support data collection, analysis, and program implementation for children with developmental disabilities.

You will assist the lead therapist, maintain graphs, prepare session materials, and provide direct client care using prescribed behavioral protocols. This role may involve parent training and collaboration with staff in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 60 college credits; BA/MA in psychology or related field desirable.
• 1 year direct services to children with autism preferred.
• RBT certification or BACB requirements and related trainings.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data on observable client behavior.
• Assist lead therapist with up-to-date graphs and data summaries.
• Write progress notes, update programs, and create session materials.
• Maintain program books and prepare session materials and stimuli.
• Assist with parent training and implementation of sessions.
• Provide direct client care following behavioral protocols.
