Job summary

ABA Support Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician/Direct Therapist to collect data, assist in behavioral assessments, and support therapists in clinical activities. You will help implement sessions, train staff and parents, and ensure safety during transport and care.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, preparing materials, and shadowing lead therapists as needed to cover duties during absences. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 60 college credits; bachelor or master in Psychology, Speech and Language, Occupational Therapy, Education, or related field desirable.
• Prior clinical/home/school experience with children with Autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data based on client behavior.
• Assist lead therapist with data graphs and summaries.
• Write progress notes and create session materials.
