Qualifications

• BS degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, aerospace, or related field.
• Degree earned within the last year and able to start by Fall 2027.
• Software development skills in C/C++, Python, or C#/Java.
• Problem solving and debugging skills in C/C++.
• Experience with formalized verification activities (test cases, procedures, reports).
• Collaborative with software teams, objective and independent.
• Hands-on experience showing technical skills and leadership.
• Able to earn trust and contribute to an inclusive culture.
• Independent and team work on rapid development programs.
• Flexible, adaptable, self-driven, proactive requirements gathering.
• Desirable advanced degree in CS or Software Engineering.
• Experience with build, test, deployment automation.
• Networking, distributed apps, safety-critical software.
• Qt/QML experience; DevOps and Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with configuration management and source control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain software applications and components.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build verification plans, frameworks, tools, and tests for safety critical, real-time embedded software.
• Review and update software requirements and designs for verifiability.
• Write code to verify software for embedded environments in C, C++, and Python.
• Design automated tests and develop tools to support build, debugging, and deployment.
