Beechmont Automotive Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an entry-level Automotive Technician to deliver efficient maintenance and repair services in our express service department. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and basic repairs, maintain clean bays, communicate with service advisors, and participate in on-the-job and manufacturer training to grow with our team.

No prior experience required—we’ll train the right person; a valid driver's license and a strong work

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an automotive program or completion preferred.
• Prior maintenance/repair experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery tests, and filter replacements
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to the service team
• Maintain clean and organized service bays and tools
• Safely drive customer and dealership vehicles in and out of service areas
• Complete repair orders accurately and on time
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates about vehicle needs
• Participate in on-the-job and manufacturer training
