Job summary

Beechmont Automotive Group in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Entry-Level Automotive Technician for our express service department. You’ll perform routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs, with on-the-job training provided. A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are valued as you support the service team.

The role offers a fast-paced environment, hands-on experience, and opportunities to advance as you gain automotive skills while delivering quality customer care in a supportive shop.

Qualifications

• Automotive program enrollment or completion preferred.
• Prior maintenance/repair experience a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery tests, and filter replacements.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to the service team.
• Maintain clean and organized service bays and tools.
• Safely drive customer and dealership vehicles in and out of service areas.
• Complete repair orders accurately and on time.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates about vehicle needs.
• Participate in on-the-job and manufacturer training.

Entry-Level Automotive Technician

As an entry-level Automotive Technician, you will provide efficient, high-quality maintenance and repair services in our fast-paced express service department. In this role, you will ensure that our customers, regardless of ability, receive the same level of service and care. Your tasks will include performing routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
