Qualifications

• 0–2 years automotive shop experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to follow written procedures, torque specs, and safety standards.
• Willingness to ask for help, take coaching, and escalate concerns when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-point and digital vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Carry out maintenance and entry-level repairs (oil, filters, fluids, tires, brakes).
• Handle tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, and rotations with oversight.
• Perform basic diagnostics with guidance and escalate complex issues.
