This role offers paid training, a clear growth path, weekends as needed, and a competitive hourly pay range of $25-$35 plus a flag rate. Prior experience is not required beyond training, with ample learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years automotive experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to follow written procedures, torque specs, and safety standards.
• Willingness to ask for help, accept coaching, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Basic proficiency with shop technology, including DVI/Multi-Point Inspection tools, scan tools, and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform Multi-Point and Digital Vehicle Inspections and document findings per standards.
• Complete maintenance and entry-level repairs (oil/fluids, filters, batteries, tires, brakes, basic cooling/charging).
• Handle tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, rotations, and wear-item replacements.
• Conduct basic diagnostics with guidance and escalate complex issues to senior/lead technician.
• Follow repair procedures, torque specs, and post-repair checks.
