Qualifications

• Strong interest in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn basic automotive tasks.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
• Carry out oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repairs accurately.
• Identify safety-related issues and communicate findings to management.
• Assist with state safety and emissions inspections where applicable.
• Keep shop and customer areas clean and organized.
• Support parts transportation and showroom cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work with technicians and service advisors and participate in training.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends.
