Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years automotive shop experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety standards.
• Willingness to ask for help, accept coaching and elevate concerns when appropriate.
• Basic tools required to perform the role.
• Valid driver’s license and pass Motor Vehicle Records check.

Aufgaben

• Perform Multi-Point and Digital Vehicle Inspections with proper documentation.
• Carry out maintenance and entry-level repairs (oil/fluids, filters, batteries, tires, brakes).
• Handle tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, rotations, and basic wear-item replacements.
• Perform basic diagnostics with guidance and escalate complex issues.
• Follow repair procedures, torque specs, and post-repair checks.
