Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, tire maintenance, and electrical checks, as part of Bridgestone Retail Operations.

The position offers full- and part-time benefits from day one, tool program discounts, and a pay range of $12.54 to $18.81 per hour, with potential ASE certifications and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
