Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. Join a team that services vehicles and grows with on-the-job training and support. Full- and part-time roles include a tool program and benefits from day one.

Responsibilities include diagnosing common automotive issues, performing scheduled maintenance, tire care, and basic electrical/system checks. Pay ranges from $12.54 to $18.81 per hour, with opportunities for ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
