Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations, part of Bridgestone Americas, is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will join a fantastic team servicing vehicles and receive benefits from day one.

The role covers diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing scheduled maintenance, tire services, and road testing. Pay range is $13.20–$19.80 per hour, with paid training and opportunities for ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
