Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments with customers.
• Identifies required repair work with Collision Center Technician.
• Computes costs for parts and labor.
• Enters itemized estimates and explains them to customers.
• Maintains industry standards for repair and order production.
• Maintains customer satisfaction index (CSI) at or above company standards.
• Follows safety rules and company policies.
• Participates in required training.
• Records hours worked accurately in timekeeping system.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
