Hendrick Collision at Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet is seeking a Collision Estimator to accurately estimate repair costs and coordinate with customers and technicians. You will deliver exceptional service while ensuring repairs meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires detailed knowledge of body repair methods, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and insurance adjusters. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the body repair methods.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive selling skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments with customer.
• Works with customer and Collision Center Technician to identify required repair work.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Calculates cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
• Enters itemized estimate on repair order and explains estimate to customer.
• Meets Collision Center standards for repair/order production.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Participates in required training.
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values.
• Complies with Company policies and procedures.
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
