Qualifications

• Familiar with audit, review and compilation techniques.
• Ability to work within budgetary parameters.

Responsibilities

• Apply basic accounting principles to assignments under supervision.
• Learn audit, review and compilation techniques.
• Assist engagements from start to finish per standards.
• Develop understanding of routine accounting concepts.
• Work within budgetary parameters.
• Communicate issues to Seniors, Supervisors, Managers and Partners.
• Assist in preparing workpapers and financial statements, including basic footnote disclosures.
• Assist with tax preparation including basic corporate, partnership and individual returns.
• Use in-house software (Excel, Word, CCH ProSystems Engagement, FAS asset accounting, Axcess).
• Collaborate with team and clients to resolve discrepancies.
• Stay current with accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
