HallKeen Management is seeking an Analyst, Asset Management to join our Corporate Office in Norwood, MA. You will support the portfolio's performance, help with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and assist with data-driven insights.

This entry-level role provides exposure to operations, financial analysis, regulatory requirements, and capital planning, with mentorship from the Director of Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in real estate, financial analysis, or asset management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze monthly property financial and operating data (revenue, expenses, NOI, occupancy, collections, leasing activity).
• Review budget-to-actual results and highlight variances and trends.
• Track loan maturities, interest, amortization, covenants, and debt service reporting.
• Support cash flow, debt service coverage, reserves, and distributions analysis.
• Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
