Bully Pulpit International is seeking a Junior Art Director to design high-quality digital ads and content from start to finish, working with our design team to support campaigns for a diverse client base.
You will collaborate with a copywriter and Senior Art Director on marketing initiatives, bringing strong typography, composition, and a pulse on the digital world to a fast-paced environment across multiple offices.

You will concept and design high-quality digital ads and content from start to finish, assisting our design team to execute projects for a variety of clients. The Junior Art Director will work closely with a copywriter, under the direction of the Senior Art Director to develop and support high quality marketing campaigns and initiatives throughout the organization.
You will work with the design team to develop and design graphics, concepts and layouts for print, digital, motion, social and web use. You will collaborate with all areas of the organization to execute on marketing projects, campaigns and initiatives, brainstorm, pitch, execute and iterate on design campaigns, projects and content pieces.
