Bully Pulpit International is seeking an experienced Art Director + Copywriter to lead high-impact campaigns for global brands and issue advocacy. You will own concept development, craft persuasive copy and striking visuals, and drive creative excellence across TV/OLV, social, OOH, and digital media.
Based in the US, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior creatives, and translate strategy into powerful, award-winning work while meeting tight deadlines.
Bully Pulpit International is an outcomes agency made up of strategists, data scientists, and artists. We come from politics, brands, and government and we communicate without barriers and measure what matters. This role is for strategic thinkers who are hungry to create work that not only gets noticed but inspires action and creates real-world change.
This ACD team will be responsible for both high-level conceptual development and hands‑on execution.
