Bully Pulpit International seeks a senior leader to head the Insights team, guiding opinion research, behavioral analytics, and campaign measurement. Lead data-driven strategies that influence messaging, strategy, and outcomes for major clients.
You will bridge analytics with creative storytelling, ensuring accessible, business-relevant insights for senior stakeholders. A strong track record in public affairs and research is essential.
Bully Pulpit International is an outcomes agency made up of strategists, data scientists, and artists. We come from politics, brands, and government and we communicate without barriers and measure what matters. We have more than 400 team members in six countries and thirteen offices — Berlin, Brussels, Chicago, D.C., London, Los Angeles, New York, Oslo, San Francisco, and Zürich. We apply our unique expertise across strategic communications, public affairs, research, and digital marketing to create sophisticated and customized strategies that make change possible for both American and European clients.
In this role, you’ll lead our Insights team across opinion research, behavioral analytics, and campaign measurement. The goal of this team is to help our clients understand not just what’s happening — but more importantly, why, what they should do next, and what’s actually working.
We believe in optimizing for persuasion at the point of impact — understanding not just what works in a laboratory environment, but what actually persuades people in the real world. To accomplish this, we've intentionally built this team differently: a multidisciplinary group that understands the interaction of audience, message, media, and moment.
