Bully Pulpit International in the United States is seeking an experienced ACD to lead and shape award‑winning campaigns. You’ll work with a partner to own concepts from script to screen and drive performance for global brands and cause-driven clients.
The role requires 6–9 years of either copywriting or art direction in a competitive creative agency, a strong portfolio across channels, and excellent presentation skills.
Bully Pulpit International is an outcomes agency made up of strategists, data scientists, and artists. We come from politics, brands, and government and we communicate without barriers and measure what matters. We have more than 400 team members in six countries and thirteen offices — Berlin, Brussels, Chicago, D.C., London, Los Angeles, New York, Oslo, San Francisco, and Zürich. We apply our unique expertise across strategic communications, public affairs, research, and digital marketing to create sophisticated and customized strategies that make change possible for both American and European clients.
As an ACD team, you and your partner won't just concept ads—you will help lead and shape award‑winning, meaningful campaigns alongside a talented and growing team. This role is for strategic thinkers who are hungry to create work that not only gets noticed but inspires action and creates real‑world change.
This ACD team will be responsible for both high‑level conceptual development and hands‑on execution.
