Bully Pulpit International seeks a Junior Art Director located in Washington, D.C. You'll design high-quality digital ads and collaborate closely with a copywriter. Responsibilities include developing graphics, concepts, and layouts for various media and assisting in marketing campaigns.

You will concept and design high‑quality digital ads and content from start to finish, assisting our design team to execute projects for a variety of clients. The Junior Art Director will work closely with a copywriter, under the direction of the Senior Art Director to develop and support high‑quality marketing campaigns and initiatives throughout the organization.
You will work with the design team to develop and design graphics, concepts and layouts for print, digital, motion, social and web use. You will collaborate with all areas of the organization to execute marketing projects, campaigns and initiatives, brainstorm, pitch, execute and iterate on design campaigns, projects and content pieces.
