Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an entry-level architectural professional to perform basic architectural assignments under supervision, produce design iterations, observe construction, and assist in preparing plans for projects of limited complexity.

You will work with senior staff on techniques, learn to interpret codes, and contribute to design development and project documentation while observing construction sites and learning professional practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in architecture or related field.
• 0-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Must establish and maintain an NCARB record for licensure prep.

Responsibilities

• Consult with senior staff to determine functional and spatial requirements and prepare design information.
• Project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations.
• Prepare studies and reports and assist in integrating engineering elements.
