Qualifications

• Requires associate degree in a clinical, business, allied health, or information systems field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• Healthcare experience and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing support for software applications and information systems across the organization.
• Troubleshoots issues and distinguishes between software, hardware, and network problems.
• Tests, installs, and supports applications to ensure functionality.
• Coordinates and supports system upgrades and maintenance.
• Acts as a liaison between end users, IS teams, vendors, and departments.
• Supports implementation projects and post-implementation questions.
