Mohawk Valley Health System is seeking an Application Analyst I to design, build/configure, test, validate, document, and support various software applications within a healthcare setting.

You will implement, administer, and support systems under senior guidance, while developing procedures, expanding workflows, and coordinating project changes. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services or related field.
• 1 year IT or analytical clinical experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
• Ability to complete projects independently and resolve conflicts.
• Understanding of healthcare organizations and health system operations.

Responsabilités

• Design, build/configure, test, validate, document, and support software applications.
• Implement, administer, and support assigned systems under guidance of senior team members.
• Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Expand or modify systems to improve workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical disciplines to support end user engagement and workflow control.
• Perform change control and coordinate project meetings.
