St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System is seeking an Application Support Analyst I to proactively support users and ensure successful software deployments within the health system. You will work with Analysts II/III and various units to analyze, install, and troubleshoot applications while maintaining thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes user security, go-live support, and project involvement, with opportunities to grow technical and communication skills in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years health systems experience or installing/maintaining computer system applications.
• Formal training in information systems, desktop applications, databases, software development packages, and programming languages.
• Completion of training on Windows OS, Office apps, and assigned software applications.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct support in use of application software to customers including problem resolution, research of functionalities, and staff training.
• Coordinates and implements new or upgraded software applications with testing prior to live date and ensures training for end users.
• Maintains documentation changes for all supported applications and participates in required meetings.
• Acts as liaison on smaller projects and communicates system issues to vendors and peers as appropriate.
