Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a onsite Support role to assist Application and Firmware Design Engineers in troubleshooting customer-reported product issues and developing customer solutions. The role includes defining test setups, performing testing to identify root causes, and creating drawings and standard work documentation.

This position may require travel to Regal Rexnord labs (Tipp City, Cassville) to support critical projects and testing needs.

• Define and create test setups and conditions and perform testing to discover root causes of customer issues.
• Assist in customer requested testing and/or new product application testing.
• Assist in the creation of drawings, documentation, and other related standard work.
• Travel to other Regal Rexnord lab locations (Tipp City, Cassville) to support critical project or test needs.

Position Summary: Support Application Engineers and Firmware Design Engineers in troubleshooting customer reported product issues, developing customer solutions, and performing application testing in support of customers for our COPRA, FFU and various forward curve and backward curve blowers. Will be responsible for defining and creating test setups and conditions and performing testing to discover the root cause of a customer communicated issue. Will assist application engineers with customer requested testing and/or new product application testing. Will assist in the creation of drawing, documentation, and other related standard work. May travel to other RRX lab locations (Tipp City, Cassville) to support critical project or test needs.
