Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a onsite role to support Application and Firmware Design Engineers. You will troubleshoot customer issues, develop solutions, and perform application testing. The role involves defining test setups and testing conditions to uncover root causes and assisting in creating drawings and standard work.

Occasional travel to Tipp City and Cassville labs may be required. Work is fully onsite at Regal Rexnord offices, contributing to our broad portfolio of motion control and power

Qualifications

• Assist application and firmware design engineers with testing and root-cause analysis.
• Create and define test setups and test conditions for product issues.
• Travel to Regal Rexnord lab locations to support critical projects or tests.

Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting of customer-reported product issues and develop customer solutions.
• Perform application testing and contribute to new product testing activities.
• Assist in creating drawings, documentation, and related standard work.
