Eurofins is seeking an administrative support specialist in River Falls, WI, to manage sample intake, documentation, and communications. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, task prioritization, and teamwork within a laboratory environment.

The position requires an Associate’s degree and strong organizational and communication skills; familiarity with Excel/Word/PowerPoint is expected. The successful candidate will help maintain ISO documentation and assist with lab operations and sample

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Mail final official EBDI testing certificates
• Effectively communicate personnel issues to Group Lead
• Participate in maintaining ISO documentation
• Assist customers and Group Lead with handling out-of-specification samples, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action plans
• Maintain confidentiality regarding customer, samples, and employee information
• Cross train/work in labs on an as needed basis
• Assistance in seed disposal event disposal of retain samples and waste

Job Description
