Active Secret Clearance is required. Location at 2070 Chain Bridge Road, Vienna, VA, with some remote work depending on program. Salary range is $40,000–$45,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret Clearance or higher.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for a variety of proprietary government applications.
• Enter, monitor, and update help desk tickets in the call tracking system.
• Respond to telephone and electronic requests for support with clear, professional communication.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and track performance metrics.
• Cross-train and support multiple applications in a Help Desk/Call Center environment.
• All other duties as assigned.
