Zusammenfassung

BTSE Bhutan is seeking a Junior Compliance Operations Analyst to drive day-to-day compliance processes across the South Asia region. You will handle high-volume onboarding, perform L1 CDD/EDD reviews, and triage alerts, working with the Compliance Team to ensure regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities include reviewing transaction monitoring alerts and name screening, maintaining audit-ready records, and supporting investigations as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of AML / Compliance Operations experience in fintech/payments or financial institutions.
• Experience performing KYC/KYB reviews and transaction monitoring alerts.
• Ability to document decisions clearly and maintain audit-ready records.

Aufgaben

• Perform L1 CDD/EDD reviews on BTSE Bhutan clients.
• Manage high-volume onboarding queue and verify documents.
• Compile EDD evidence packages and reassess higher-risk clients.
• Maintain clear documentation of all compliance reviews and decisions.
• Respond to RFIs from internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
