Job summary

BTSE Bhutan is seeking an AML/compliance professional to lead day-to-day operations and act as the first-line defense against financial crime across South Asia. You will drive CDD/EDD reviews, validate KYC/KYB docs, and manage high-volume onboarding queues.

The role requires strong English communication and independent execution. Experience with blockchain analytics tools, basic SQL, or compliance certifications is a plus in this fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of AML/compliance operations experience in fintech or traditional finance.
• Strong English communication and independent execution skills.
• Nice to have: blockchain analytics tools, basic SQL, or compliance certifications.
