Job summary

BTSE Group is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Operations Associate to support global service operations. You will assist with onboarding and KYC processes, monitor internal cases, and contribute to efficiency improvements across the team.

Collaborate with product, compliance, risk, and operations to ensure effective platform support. Develop internal knowledge resources and provide operational assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Mandarin and English required; additional languages a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and professional attitude with proactive mindset.
• Analytical thinking and numerical aptitude essential.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
• Prior customer service or risk-related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support global onboarding and KYC processes with internal systems and teams.
• Monitor service-related cases, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, risk, and operations to handle platform needs.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge resources (FAQs, SOPs, docs).
• Provide operational support and assist the Supervisor as needed.
