Job summary

Elite Line Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support basic maintenance and repair of baggage handling systems and passenger boarding bridges. You will assist with preventive and routine tasks, read repair manuals, and follow supervisor instructions to keep equipment running safely.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues under supervision, completing safety trainings, and working in confined spaces with required PPE.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of mechanical experience, 1 year BHS or PBB experience, or ability to pass a mechanical aptitude test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic maintenance assignments including preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance; clear system jams; assist with inspections, cleaning, and adjustments.
• May diagnose equipment failures under guidance of senior staff and ensure equipment runs safely.
• Read and interpret repair manuals, schematics, and supervisor instructions.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE; work in tight spaces and at height with fall protection.
