Job summary

Elite Line Services is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to assist with preventive, routine and emergency maintenance on Baggage Handling Systems and Passenger Boarding Bridges at the airport. You will follow manuals, work under supervision, and gain hands-on experience while ensuring safety and reliability of equipment.

Candidates must have a GED, at least one year mechanical experience, and be able to work non-traditional schedules including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year mechanical experience; 1 year BHS or PBB experience preferred.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists with preventive, routine and emergency maintenance, clearing system jams and inspecting equipment.
• May diagnose equipment failures under supervision; ensures equipment runs safely.
• Reads and interprets repair manuals, schematics and supervisor instructions.
• Works in tight spaces using PPE and fall protection.
• Completes forms and training as assigned; follows company procedures.
