Job summary

Elite Line Services (ELS) in Columbus, OH is seeking an entry-level Aircraft Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance of Baggage Handling Systems and Passenger Boarding Bridges at the airport.

You will support senior technicians, read repair manuals, and perform preventive and routine maintenance while adhering to safety procedures and ELS policies. Training and supervision are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of mechanical experience or BHS/PBB exposure.
• Ability to read and follow repair manuals/schematics.
• Willingness to train under senior staff and take guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive, routine and emergency maintenance; clear jams; assist with inspections.
• May diagnose equipment failures under supervision to keep equipment running safely.
• Follow instructions and training; read manuals and supervisor directions.
• Work in tight/high spaces using PPE and fall protection; maintain safety compliance.
• Complete forms and training; respond to management requests as needed.
