Job summary

Sysdig is seeking a hands-on Learning Engineer to build and maintain lab scenarios and technical content reflecting real-world cloud security use cases.

You will script and automate training environments (Bash/Python), deliver sessions and workshops, and ensure material aligns with clear learning outcomes. Collaboration with instructors and cross-functional teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Core DevOps and cloud-native concepts understanding.
• Experience scripting in Bash or Python and YAML/Markdown.
• Strong written and verbal communication with enthusiasm for teaching.
• Experience with AI coding/agent tools like Claude Code or Codex is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lab scenarios and technical content reflecting real-world use cases.
• Script and automate training environments (Bash/Python) and troubleshoot delivery platforms.
• Design and deliver training sessions, demos, and workshops, starting with senior instructors.
• Write clear courseware and align material with learning outcomes.
• Use AI coding/agent clients to build labs and draft content efficiently.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, solicit feedback, grow depth and presentation.
