Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Technical Education Lab Specialist to design, develop, automate, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise lab environments for Cohesity Academy training, certifications, workshops, and technical enablement programs.

You will collaborate with curriculum developers, instructors, product engineering, and technical support to build realistic labs that empower learners worldwide to deploy, administer, troubleshoot, and demonstrate Cohesity solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/JSON) with experience in Python/Bash or similar automation languages.
Experience administering VMware ESXi/vCenter, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Enterprise Linux.
Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise lab environments for Cohesity Academy training and enablement.
Develop automation and deployment workflows using PowerShell, Python, JSON, REST APIs, and IaC to provision and maintain labs.
Collaborate with curriculum developers, instructors, product engineering, and support to build realistic labs.
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise applications and databases in lab environments.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate lab creation and improve scripting efficiency.
