FreedomPay is seeking an Associate Site Reliability Engineer to maintain the availability and performance of its global payment platform. This full-time, salaried role is ideal for an early-career engineer passionate about automation, observability, and AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
1–3 years of technical experience in software engineering, cloud operations, or DevOps.
Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, scripting, or cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Learn and understand FreedomPay's platform and applications.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate observability into products.
Implement AI tools to speed troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and automation.
Improve monitoring via alert tuning, dashboards, and observability enhancements.
Build and maintain automation scripts and workflows to reduce manual work.
Investigate alerts, identify root causes, and assist remediation with senior engineers.
Troubleshoot scheduled jobs, integrations, and data-processing issues.
